HR Consultant
Naomi joined Progeny in October 2020 as an HR Consultant. She has amassed over 9 years’ experience working in HR and is CIPD qualified.
She began her career in an in-house HR Generalist position for approximately 6 years, but has spent the previous 2-3 years working in outsourced HR.
Naomi’s key strengths lie within management of the employee life cycle, from the recruitment of employees right through to their exits. She enjoys seeing stakeholder relationships flourish and the positive influences HR advice and guidance can provide to organisations.
In her spare time, Naomi enjoys travelling to new places and experiencing different cultures. She is also known to enjoy a good book!
